You can configure which projects are tracked for Story Points for the Total Output report by adding and removing projects from the Projects settings. You can reach the Projects settings from the bottom left corner of the dashboard under Organization Settings.
You can also filter to a specific project from the dropdown at the top of the Total Outputs report
